Our Founders

Paul & Sincerae

The Ruach Heart Hub was not born from a business idea. It was born from two lives that experienced hardship, healing, faith, and transformation.

Though they are Ohio natives, Paul and Sincerae are Georgia grown. Their journey from hardship to healing has become the foundation of their mission to serve others.

Paul and Sincerae, founders of The Ruach Heart Hub

The founders understand many of the struggles facing communities today because they have walked through many of those same experiences themselves.

Paul

Paul, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, grew up witnessing the realities that impact many underserved communities. He experienced loss at an early age and watched countless friends and peers lose their lives far too soon. The pain of seeing so many young people die before reaching their full potential deeply affected him.

Seeking a better future, Paul moved to Georgia. Although he left behind much of the violence and loss that surrounded him, he soon faced the challenges that come with being away from family, familiarity, and support systems. These experiences shaped his heart and gave him a passion for helping young people discover purpose, responsibility, and hope.

Paul became determined to help young men and women become strong pillars within their communities. He desired to see fewer lives lost to violence, incarceration, poor decisions, and broken family structures. His heart became centered on mentorship, guidance, and helping others recognize their value and potential before it was too late.

Sincerae

Sincerae, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, also understands the realities of struggle and perseverance. Becoming a teen mother brought challenges that required strength, determination, and sacrifice. She pursued her education, completed college, and worked multiple jobs while raising her son and building a future.

Beneath her accomplishments, however, Sincerae carried wounds that many people could not see. Her life had been marked by pain, fear, anger, grief, and trauma. Although she continued moving forward, her heart longed for healing, purpose, and peace.

In the summer of 2005, Sincerae moved from Cleveland, Ohio, to Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a better life for herself and her son. It was there that she encountered Jesus Christ, and her life changed dramatically. Through her faith, she began to discover healing, purpose, and the person God had created her to become.

As Sincerae served others, she discovered her true calling. Helping people became more than work or volunteerism. It became her ministry. She learned that many people carry invisible wounds and that compassion, love, and support can change lives.

Together

Along this journey, Paul and Sincerae met and eventually became one. Although their stories were different, their hearts shared the same mission. Both understood pain. Both had experienced loss. Both had searched for hope. And both discovered that serving others was the pathway to healing and purpose.

Together, they envisioned a place where people could find not only resources, but also dignity, encouragement, belonging, and hope. They wanted to create a space where families could heal, young people could be mentored, seniors could be valued, individuals could rebuild their lives, and communities could experience restoration.

From those shared experiences, The Ruach Heart Hub was born.

The word Ruach means breath, wind, and Spirit. It represents the life giving presence of God that brings order to chaos, hope to brokenness, and healing to wounded hearts. The Ruach Heart Hub exists to breathe life back into communities by serving people with compassion, restoring hope, and helping individuals discover purpose.

Today, they continue to lead with compassion, faith, and a deep commitment to ensuring that no one has to walk through life's challenges alone.

Paul and Sincerae believe that every person matters, every story has value, and every community deserves hope.
